Terms & Conditions

Below are our terms and conditions for online purchases, shipping and returns.

Online Purchases

Boyles Irish Pantry does not collect or have access to your credit card details. All payments are collected by Stripe, a third party payments facilitator. We are unable to take payment for orders over the phone but offer free collection. If you want to collect your items, please email us at info@boylesirishpantry.ie to arrange a time (There is an option for collection at the shopping cart).

Shipping
Please provide an eircode, valid email address and phone number, so we are able to contact you should the need arise. Providing this information ensures a quick delivery of your items.

Orders are shipped via An Post Standard Parcel Post, 1-2 days delivery at a flat rate of 7 euro for up to 10kg anywhere in the Republic of Ireland and Express Parcel Post for next day deliveries and tracking of live bees at a rate of 10 euro for up to 10kg everywhere in ROI. If you wish to receive your tracking number for your express order, please contact us. Once the parcel reaches An Post, we can not take responsibility for delays in delivery

If for some reason you haven’t received your order within 5 working days contact us at info@boylesirishpantry.ie Provide us your name and order number, so we can look into it for you.

At the moment we do not ship outside of ROI from our online shop. However if you are interested get in touch with us and we can discuss shipping costs to your destination. All orders placed from outside of the ROI via the Online Shop will be cancelled and money returned to the customer, minus the Stripe transaction fees.

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. The item needs to be in its original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged and we will refund the full order total minus the shipping cost. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items, contact us if you have any issues. We cannot be held responsible for any items damaged or lost in return shipment. We cannot issue a refund without actually receiving your items.

If a package comes back to us because for some reason it couldn’t have been delivered, we can resend it to you charging you an additional postage fee. We can also issue you with a refund minus the original postage fee paid to An Post.

Should your order arrive damaged, email us info@boylesirishpantry.ie as soon as possible. Provide your order number and a photograph of the item’s condition. Each case is unique and we do our utmost to find solutions.
