Homemade Energy Drink
This has helped me out on many runs, especially the longer ones. The Matcha tea provides the caffeine, honey is a source of glucose and fructose, pink Himalayan salt contains electrolytes and antioxidants and lemon juice provides vitamin C and offsets the sweetness of the honey.
To make 500ml:
5g matcha powder
50g BOYLES IRISH PANTRY honey Shop
0.5g pink Himalayan salt
Juice of 1 lemon
